Great service. Very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was here quickly, and addressed the problem and found a solution. Definitely recommend.
Does not work on mobile homes. Sorry, I can not give a bad review on a place just because they are not able to work on mobile homes due to insurance reasons for the business. I just meant this as information for anyone else who may have a mobile home.
I had two relatively small plumbing issues that needed resolution. After trying other plumbers that couldn't be bothered to call back, I called Premier Plumbing and Alan called back in a timely manner and was able to schedule the repairs for Monday (I called on Thursday afternoon). He arrived on time, well-equipped, and able to complete the repairs quickly, even after having to saw the rusted toilet bolts off. He even had the right gasket for my "antique" (1970s) toilet. Excellent work. He fixed our leaky faucet and was very professional and helpful.
Buying a new home on septic and hired Alan with Premier Plumbing to inspect our water main line and run a camera out to our septic. He went ahead and marked our septic lid with a small pole so we can easily dig it up for when it needs pumped. Highly recommend. Professional and punctual.
