I had a great experience with Dee Mohouche, RN. She has excellent observation skills and aesthetic sense combined with deep knowledge of treatments. She quickly identified the appearance issues caused by my partial facial paralysis and a small lip scar and said there were treatments that could help. A skeptic, I told her that was impossible. Not happy with results. First treatment went great with Aerolase laser. Second treatment I was not informed on what the nurse was doing and what the procedure would entail as I thought I was receiving the same treatment as before. I believe the nurse went to aggressive with the laser and it took over 14 days to fully heal when it was assured it would be only 0-3 days.
I had a great experience with Dr. Newman and his team (Windy & Dee) this year. I underwent a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty a few weeks ago. Dee and Windy frequently contacted me to check in after the surgery and to answer questions which I appreciated. The surgery itself was done with local anesthesia and there was very little pain and discomfort.
