I ordered 5 lavender plants on Amazon. When the plant arrived 1 of the plants was completely dead and had been this way prior to shipping, 4 plants show signs of being 90% dead. When I contacted the company direct for an exchange I was told I would have to submit for a refund via Amazon. This is very discouraging because I want healthy plant and don’t want to be inconvenienced with submitting a refund, repackaging dead plant, waiting for the refund to be processed and then having to reorder.
