Unprofessional and very bad service. After waiting two hours for blood work the nurse came out and told us that they were closed and she can’t help us and she told me she did not care about my opinion and to call management and complain.
If I would give this experience proper rating I would give it -0 stars. My mom blood work didn’t go well on a different location due to her deep veins. So they referred us to close by lab. We were the last people to sign. I tried to explain why we came there and that the fee for the blood work was already paid for at the previous location. One of the two staffs in her 50’s was extremely rude and did not let me finish one sentence.
