Staff need to get it together. They claim that they need approval for appt. on a wed. and for me not to come. Then I get a call that I didn't show. Then had to redo all the information from last visit, apparently, they don't keep records. I was looked at funny when I wanted equipment sterilized or case over pillow. Then they fail to take co-pay and I get a TEXT and bill WEEKLY for $40.00 Hopefully my payment will help them get their office working efficiently.
