By far the sweetest staff and crew I have ever ran into! Both front desk ladies are incredibly friendly and supportive. Do not get me started on how amazing Dr. May is-most genuine people here. If I could leave 10 stars I would!
I have to give credit when it is due. Matt was great,the professionalism, Attention and level of care was awesome even though he was an assistant. Since day one I believe I had two conversations with the doctor @ munster. I was there from 01/29/2024-02/28/2024 I don't know her name but she was a female. I was never really sure what I did to get the silent treatment. But anyway I was never asked how the exercises were helping or if they weren't. Dr. May, along with her assistants Matt and Ashley, are extremely ethical and professional in their approach. Upon entering their facilities, they provide a reassuring level of care that instills confidence in a speedy recovery. Thanks to the attention and care they devote to your well-being, it is highly likely that you will indeed get well soon. Personally, I was highly satisfied with my experience at the facility during my recovery from an accident and I believe they treat all their patients with the same level of care.
