Nothing but positive things to say for this physical therapy location. I've been to several PT places over the years and they always leave you alone to do your exercises and show up at the end to spend about 10 minutes with the patients. Not here! If your physical therapist is not with you, the the aide is alongside of you. There is ALWAYS someone watching your form, working with you and caring about how you are doing. Not very understanding, Had to cancel because of Covid and personal emergency and the staff at front desk is very commercial and unsympathetic. Do not recommend at all !
I really felt very disappointed. After I chose them to be the private clinic for my treatment in Exton, Pennsylvania. 491. I found nothing but underestimation, especially from the lady Ali the front desk. And all this because I did not understand what was required of the papers, especially since I had an accent. I did not find any of the lady except belittling, laughter and recklessness, while I was talking about pain and illness
From the first initial appointment to my final day of treatment the staff was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of my therapy. I would highly recommend making an appointment.
