Having worked with medical staff professionally and personally, this is one of the best PT teams out there. When doctors were ignoring knee pains I was having, staff here not only helped me get better but also advocated for and advised me so I got the surgery I needed. They're knowledgeable, cooperative, good listeners, and honestly just fun to be around. Office management is completely lacking . Don’t bother using sign in clipboard , nobody looks at it . 1st visit this week I waited 30 mins before I finally walked out ! The women in reception area completely ignored me for check in so I sat down after I signed clip board . Then I watched the therapist spend 20 minutes taking Dunkin donut orders and walk out door to go get . I then left . Today , signed clipboard , 2 people in front of me for receptionist so I sat down . 10 mins later receptionist became available , never ack... read more
