I could not have been happier with the care I received. Harshal was professional, attentive to my needs and personable. The entire staff works to provide the best care and service.
Despite severe pain, audible grinding of bones in my shoulder, and visible poking out of bones under the skin, “treatment” continued as originally charted. When I asked about the possibility of resting rather than exercise, whether to apply heat, whether to use a sling to keep my aching shoulder steady, I was met with vague non answers. When there was obviously no progress after about 9 visits, I asked Mark whether I should have an MRI. He told me that I had to complete 12 sessions before insurance would approve the MRI.
