Today was the initial PT evaluation for my wife with Ryan at their Jensen Beach Facility. He was welcoming, courteous and professional. He was very thorough with visual presentations explaining the muscles involved after recuperating from hip surgery. He was very empathetic and made you feel at ease. Answered all our concerns and questions. He explained the anticipated therapy timetable and frequency. The facility appeared clean and presentable. Excellent first impression.
Thank you Kathy (from PSL office)for helping my mother in law with her vertigo. One treatment from you, and she was better!! The Epley Maneuver works great. The office staff was wonderful also. We called in the morning and they were able to fit her in, in the same day!! We highly recommend Premier Physical Therapy. Then 2 months later I had vertigo and again, I was able to be seen in the same day that I called. This time I saw Caleb at SLW. He performed the Epley Maneuver and I was better after just 1 visit!!
Very friendly staff and helping my shoulder
My tennis injured right shoulder (Bersitis and bone spur) was not helped at all by Jensen Beach Premier Physical Therapy. In fact, they never even talked to me about my injury. Stuart Premier Physical Therapy messed up my initial appointment so I tried ro speak with a therapist at Jensen Beach. During my initial visit I complained about having to wait 20 minutes in the waiting room and Ryan told me I was supposed to fill out paperwork work during the initial twenty minutes, which I had already filled out two weeks previously... read more
