As for the therapy? Lazy is the best word for it. Minimal guidance, little to no hands-on care, and zero effort to tailor treatment to my condition. I felt like I was just another body being pushed through for billing purposes rather than an actual patient. If you’re looking for a place that’s attentive, clean, organized, and professional, this is not it. I regret wasting my time and money here.

Jasmine and Ashley are wonderful staff and helped me to enjoy my therapy sessions at Premier PT. The therapist that works Tuesday and Thursdays wasn't as helpful.
Unprofessional behavior by some staff, condescending, argumentative and retaliates when asked to do an incident report which I had to ask for after being shocked. They used wet pillow case with electrical stimulation ultrasound Together over my knee. Medicare approved third day of treatment got less service, the therapy assistant, when asked why she don't work with my knee, stated she is afraid to., waste of one day of knee therapy. I don't reccomend this facility, not well staffed, therapist only there tuesday and thursday.... read more
