Doctor & Staff provide Excellent care and support in a timely manner.
Jasmine and Ashley are wonderful staff and helped me to enjoy my therapy sessions at Premier PT. The therapist that works Tuesday and Thursdays wasn't as helpful.
Unprofessional behavior by some staff, condescending, argumentative and retaliates when asked to do an incident report which I had to ask for after being shocked. They used wet pillow case with electrical stimulation ultrasound Together over my knee. Medicare approved third day of treatment got less service, the therapy assistant, when asked why she don't work with my knee, stated she is afraid to., waste of one day of knee therapy. I don't reccomend this facility, not well staffed, therapist only there tuesday and thursday.... read more
My experience with this location was very satisfying I did twelve sessions and each and every time was an amazing visit the staff there is very professional. They are very welcoming and knowledgeable at what they do really sensitive to your needs if I had five thumbs this place will definitely get 5 👍 up !! Will definitely recommend Premier Physical Therapy harvey location....great job ladies keep up the good work!
