I've had the pleasure of being a patient before and after my complete knee surgery, Premier Doctor & employee's are the best, am glad I experience my therapy, No where, or No facility are100% perfect but Harvey Premier has been good for me and now am trying to extend more time to endure this pre-operative surgery am not ready to go on my own I still need them..lol..
As for the therapy? Lazy is the best word for it. Minimal guidance, little to no hands-on care, and zero effort to tailor treatment to my condition. I felt like I was just another body being pushed through for billing purposes rather than an actual patient. If you’re looking for a place that’s attentive, clean, organized, and professional, this is not it. I regret wasting my time and money here.
