PPE helped us deal with carpenter ants a number of years ago. They were timely, professional, and effective, and I would recommend them on the basis of that experience alone. I have had PPE for a few years, this last year has been terrible. I have had to call the tech back twice to spray again for the wasps, and I'm still waiting for him to return. It's been 3 weeks already. I decided to cancel my contract since I'm not actually getting the service I'm paying for. I called the office to cancel the contract and I explained the situation and they just canceled the contract and nothing else. They obviously were not concerned at all. They didn't offer any solutions or anything.
We had a problem with a colony of Yellow Jackets in the second story facia. It took them two business days to get here. I called other places and either didn’t get an answer or I was told they could have some come and inspect the situation in the next week!!! Nick was here and gone! Very professional! We are extremely happy with the service!
