As a new patient, I called the office before my procedure to ask a few questions. I was so scared and nervous that I was nearly in tears. I had a gum graft procedure here in October 2023 performed by Dr. Ganzman. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to concerns with communication, expectations, and follow-up care. The post-op instructions were reviewed very quickly with my partner while I was still groggy from the procedure rather than being reviewed directly with me beforehand when I was alert. Despite the name, there is nothing 'premier' about this practice. The front desk staff is lazy, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The clinical staff is even worse; they treated my mother poorly and made last-minute, illogical requests on the day of her appointment. After a long wait, they charged her just to reiterate information her dentist had already provided. Avoid this place—they seem more interested in your money than in patient care.

Great experience for a new patient. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The Doc and tech also had fantastic teamwork during the exam. The support specialist also did a great job of breaking down my appt schedule and insurance. I'm happy to have chosen this place for my teeth care.

I had to reschedule because of work and family matters. Unfortunately because this happened twice unexpectedly the customer service person, Jenna, told me I could not reschedule and could only schedule same day appointments. So, now I would have to call every day to see if they have an appointment available in order to get in. I have 4 kids that have schedules that I have to manage and unfortunately sometimes life gets interrupted by unexpected events. I find this to be absolute horrible customer service.
