The value in this service is quality, professionalism and customer service. Arrived on time and communicated step by step each process. Completed the cleaning on time and the end result was clean carpets for the holidays. Will only use Premier Carpet Cleaning going forward. Jason and team are fantastic!

The owner (Jason) is very interested in customer satisfaction and will go out of his way to ensure a job well done. They were quick to get a scheduled date for carpet cleaning within 3 business days, and were very prompt when arriving as scheduled. We were very happy with how our carpets looked at the end and especially happy with how quickly they dried. We did find one spot on the carpet a few hours after they left and alerted Jason. We contracted Jason and Premier Performance to clean our carpets and they were extremely cordial and professional. They cleaned 4 bedrooms, a hallway, two sets of stairs, our front room, dining room, and living room for approximately $1700. This was based on the higher-tier package, which was approximately $100 more and included an additional vacuum pre-cleaning, carpet protection application, drying, and additional 25% off a future 6-month maintenance cleaning. Very pleased with Jason's quality work. Came out first to give me a quote (not much more than the large companies charge) and scheduled my cleaning for the following week. Did a thorough job with the cleaning, including a pre-vacuum, and did an inspection with me to make sure I was satisfied. He even picked up a linen-scented deodorizer at my request! Will not hesitate to use Premier Performance in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality and reliability.

I had them come out recently and was by far the best service I have ever received. All the spots were removed. The care and attention was amazing. But by far the professionalism and care of this gentleman was outstanding. Have recommended to all my friends!

Jason from Premier Performance carpet cleaning came today to clean my carpets and tile. He arrived on time and because I was his first appointment of the day he even brought me a Starbucks drink. He already came a week earlier for a walk through so he could give me an estimate. When he came today he already knew where the trouble areas were so he could get working right away.
