We ADORE Dr. West! We've been seeing her for 5.5 years now. She takes the time to listen and answer ALL questions without making you feel rushed. Sweetest, most down-to-earth doctor ever! I have never had an issue with scheduling or just calling to ask a question even during crazy Covid times. No stars for this place…This is the last straw, very unorganized and Dr. doesn’t ask proper health questions. Shannon West expressed how important it was for my daughter to get the vaccine, and when we get there for her second shot the office is closed. I took off of work and school starts soon. This practice hasn’t been the same since Dr. Horten left. Thank Goodness for Walgreens.
