Dr. Dugas is fantastic.
Ignorant office staff...and disrespectful tone..and having to wait a month or more for an appointment both are absolutely appalling if you can't speak to people respectfully than you have no business in office setting
I have been bringing my son here for the last 6 months, and each visit I’ve waited an hour or more each visit. Not to mention I followed one of the drs advice on getting rid of an ingrown toenail that my son was born with and flowing her advice only caused it to get way worse to the point it got infected and needed a few rounds of antibiotics and a couple er visits. This place is so mismanaged. What's the point of an appointment if they keep you waiting over an hour just for a shot? And they have the nerve to demand you arrive 15 minutes early. They bombard your phone with calls because they don't bother to document that they already called you. They don't even have enough doctors for the patients. Multiple times I have gotten there for my appointment just to be told that our doctor can't come that day. Great place if you love having your time wasted.
I came here 11 years ago for a second opinion for my son. Dr. Cogar figured out what was wrong the 1st visit. All 5 of my children go here. They are very caring and take time with you child. My kids have now been patients of Dr. Cogar for eleven years.
