Gave birth to my son here in May. The hospital rooms are not cleaned well. We ended up bringing bed bugs home with us. At the hospital there was no clear communication between our delivery nurses and doctor to the post partum recovery doctors and nurses. All in all it was an awful experience.

Henok at the West Tower valet at HCA Women’s Hospital was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me set up my baby’s car seat and made sure everything was taken care of. His patience, professionalism, and kindness really made a difference. Thank you, Henok, for your excellent service
