I was lucky to not have as bad of an experience as everyone else, but I only stayed 30 min. Crazy tight, terrible pavement job, but that wasn’t the worst part. I took the steps to find my way out… ew. Pile of human crap in the corner, things randomly everywhere on the steps, and a suitcase at the bottom all poured out. I’ve never made such a bad decision in my life. I felt so uneasy. Told my husband it looked like a movie where I’m the next murder victim. Parked car on 2nd floor. Less then 2hrs later got a notification my car was driven out and I was charged. IT WAS STOLEN!! I got charged and my CAR WAS STOLEN! Police have been notified. Very unsafe garage to park your vehicle, let alone the tight squeeze of trying to get around in there. I was a tourist and who would have thought to read reviews before parking in a garage.

If i could give this garage a -1000 I would. Worst garage ever. I pre-paid parking in advance then received a bill later for $35. I have no idea how they got my credit card number because it isn't the same one I used to prepay. Not only that, homeless Crack addicts inside the garage everywhere. It is not safe. Garage stinks of marijuana. If you value your life, avoid at all costs, and this isn't hyperbole. Wife was scared to death. Worst experience ever

This has got to be one of the worst parking garages in Nashville. Inclines are too steep and the parking spaces are too small and the angles are too tight. Driving a four-door truck in here is awful. Stay out of here. And it's overpriced $40 for 3 hours on a Wednesday You got to be kidding me
