Easy to park. Literally pull in, scan a QR code, add your card info and when you leave you get charged. So you don’t have to worry about making sure your back in time for the time limit
parked for 19 minutes to stop by at the bakery and got charged $34
Absolute rip off!!! Don't park here if you can avoid it!!! We were there an 1hr and 46min and were charged $42 for parking. We were in the same lot 2 months ago for the same reason (a ghost tour) and for the same amount of time and were only charged $28. Nothing is posted about rate prices so that you can decide beforehand if you want to park there or not. It seems Metropolis just decides to charge you whatever they want apparently. What a waste of money!!! Stay away from Metropolis!!
Parked in their lot. No rates posted, just a QR code. When scanned I was prompted to enter my plate number. Entered it and CC info. Never once did it give me rates or options to choose. We parked for 1.25hrs. Charged a full date of $36 plus $9 service charge for all day parking. Contacted customer service. Basically said it was my problem, even though there was no notice of rates. No offer of compensation. Scammers
