I have had the same experience as others regarding dead palm trees. I ordered 3 palms which were delivered and planted in May 2023. The sago palm died and they replaced it in 12/2023. However, in September 2024, the replacement palm began to loose color and I reached out but no response. In March 2024, I notified them the palm was completely dead and they will not replace or issue a refund. They state the replacement tree doesn’t come with a warranty. This was never communicated. If you’re in the market for a palm tree, I would suggest looking elsewhere. These guys are dishonest, inexperienced (used to be in the trucking business and started selling palms) and worst of all will waste a lot of your time. Trust me. We purchased two palms from them of which one never really grew. After multiple attempts to get them to take a look at it they finally came out and said that ants had killed it. Matt is the best! He delivers great trees that he guarantees. Minimal grass disruption. Best prices around too!!!!
We purchased two trees—one has thrived beautifully, but the other, one died which cost $100 more than the first one to replace. However, the replacement tree also appears to be dead. We contacted this company immediately, and Matt came out this summer. He said he didn’t think the tree was dead and gave us instructions, including using salt and watering from the top etc. which we did exactly what was advised.
