The previous smoke chamber was cracked last week, thus a new one was required. The fireplace functions much better now that they updated it. The tech was fantastic and gave a thorough explanation. I'm pleased with the outcome and will definitely use it again!
Communication was excellent from the beginning. The team did a fantastic job, kept me informed throughout the process, and offered reasonable, competitive pricing. They were kind and professional, and left everything clean and tidy when finished. Highly recommend!

John was kind, professional, and highly informed. He spent his time explaining everything, answering all of my concerns, and even photographing our problem and sending it to a colleague to acquire more information for us. We have some additional work to accomplish and will be employing Chim Caps Installation.
Very responsive and did fantastic work. I was able to schedule my dryer vent cleaning appointment just a few days after contacting them. Thomas arrived on time and worked quickly but thoroughly to clean my dryer vent, clear a blockage, and clean up afterwards. He was knowledgeable, straightforward about the job and pricing, and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely use their services again.
