Dr. Jones, Ms. Gloria, Jennifer and staff are the best! They are very professional and caring. And 'Thank All of You' for caring and praying for me! Love All of You!!
If I could give this Dr a negative review, I would. This couldn’t be a more unprofessional Dr, his staff is the worst. He actually needs to have his medical license reviewed. He has already been reported for negligence to the board. Literally go anywhere else. He is awful.
Dr Jones was Very Unprofessional And he was Forcing me to stop using Anti Anxiety medicine which I Need. It's not my fault I have depression and anxiety problems Just like it's Not my fault I was in a wreck Years ago that Fused my spine together in Two places and that I am in Constant Pain. I wasn't driving. He doesn't want to give me Anything but one of the lowest pain medicine and he Wants me to take No anxiety depression medicine. He is The Worst! Would like to know if it is possible to have refills on pain medication to extend past exact 28 day supply due to obvious lifestyle differences. There have been times when my medicine was not refilled until the day after I run out making it so my wife has to drive to Cherokee Co. to pick up the medicine on the exact day it was allowed to be refilled, then turn right around and drive to Fort Payne where I work so there is not a break in my medications. Super awesome group of people! I love Premier Pain and Spine! They all are so caring, compassionate, and respectful from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Jones. You are not just a number.
