From the moment I walk in, I am greeted warmly by the receptionist team. The wait times can vary, but are generally consistent with scheduled appointment time. The medical assistants are always very attentive and friendly, and Randy K (PA) has been a great partner in my healthcare journey.
Editing to add. I read back through the contract and I admit it does say absence of authorized medication can result in termination. HOWEVER by their own contract they NEVER mention urine samples. They specifically say BLOOD and SALIVA. So per their own written contract they've not been testing properly. Not too sure how I feel right now. I've been at Premier pain for chronic back pain from a car wreck. Seen Kathy from the beginning and didn't feel too comfortable but stuck it out.
