No transparency: they don't tell you upfront you cannot receive pain meds the 1st month. I've been on oxycodone/morphine/dilaudid for years, they let me go "cold turkey ". I did urine test, took over a month for results, yet was not told results, then I get shots on 3-3-25 and they asked me if I gave a urine test, I said: I did last visit.
