Profesional courtesy of office staff is lacking. We all work and have to manage our appointments , sometimes life situations get in the way. I waited the last time; and today I was 15 minutes behind schedule they locked the office which is technically open until 4:30 ughh! My 20 minute ride was snagged by an office alarm that I had to call in, and two school buses. Really I thought compassion was part of profession.
