Excellent service and very professional
Don't be fooled.... I just had the WORST experience with Dr. Ali that I've ever had with any Dr. ANYWHERE.... EVER. The first few appointments with him were fine, but today when I asked why it is going on 5 months that I've been waiting for his office to send my insurance a prior authorization for a muscle relaxer, he rudely informed me that they don't send those out because it's not their responsibility. If a patients wants their medication and it's not automatically covered by their insurance then they need to just go pay ... read more
