I just dropped off a return to go back to the UK via DHL and the kind lady that helped me was so friendly, professional, and so helpful!

Julie at Premier Packaging has been fantastic to work with. She has been so helpful and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend using them for any services you need. They are a great team and you don't find customer service like they offer anywhere anymore.

I have used them twice now for and could not be more pleased. Both shipments of mine were very irregular, but the staff was very friendly and were quick to create a solution that fit my needs perfectly. Their freight costs are incredible and the attention to detail in packaging my items were terrific.
