I absolutely love this place! I am a full time traveler, and this has to be one of THE best places that I have ever received packages. The gentleman that works up front is so nice, friendly and helpful. The second time I came in, he already knew me by name and greeted me. He also made me feel like I wasnt a pain by having my packages sent there. Stupid USPS did not scan my package at pickup. Julie took the time to send me receipts showing USPS Carrier Pickup Report showing it was picked up. Also gave phone numbers to call to put a trace on this. Package is now showing movement as before it just said label created awaiting to be dropped off. THANK YOU!!!

I absolutely hate going to the UPS store, so when I did a Google search for another place to drop off a package,Premier was a recommendation. I am so happy to have found a competent place closer to my home without having to visit the UPS store. The gentleman was very friendly as well. 5 stars!

Julie at Premier Packaging has been fantastic to work with. She has been so helpful and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend using them for any services you need. They are a great team and you don't find customer service like they offer anywhere anymore.
