The receiving manager was nice, the rest of the crew didn't speak English so that was difficult, and I was there all day which I was not aware I was going to be, but that's more on the broker than the customer though they weren't very understanding, "oh well we told the broker" however the broker didn't tell my dispatch as he would never have taken the load
