These people are OUTSTANDING! I Wish there were more stars to give. After a bad experience at our local Bad Boy dealership we ended up bringing our mower here. Was told that we were looking at at-least 3 weeks before they could get to our mower (busy time of year for them). We dropped our mower off on a Saturday, got the call the next Tuesday that it was ready. The customer service here is EXCELLENT, and our lawn mower is running great. I will tell everyone I know about you guys, and we will be back.
Best place to go get outdoor tools and equipment repair
No problems at all. Enjoyed dealing with them. Probably won't be the last time. Bad Boy mower did a great job on the yard this afternoon.
Took leaf blower to get fixed. They had it for 7 days. Finally said it was fixed. Picked up yesterday. Won’t start. It at least started when I dropped it off. I’ll go back to Harry’s!
