Very very poor customer service. Slow responding to questions, sometimes months. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Had Premier build my pool. Promised 6 weeks, it took 51 weeks. After a long wait, pool was finally done once the owners fired their pool guy and took over themselves. Besides the long wait, the one complaint I have is that I was promised that any cement that was broken would be replaced. I had to fight to get most of the broken cement replaced but my RV pad was crushed on one section. I have been texting their cement guy, Ryan for 2 years now.
