Bought an echo chainsaw on Thursday, took it home and used it for 3 hours. Damaged the bar tensioner(my fault not the saws) went in to by parts on Friday morning to find out they’re no longer selling echo stuff just trying to get rid of their remaining inventory. Can’t even order the part I need so I bought it off Amazon. Never got my mirror fixed on my Bad Boy Bandit. Not did I get the remote back to my wench. They had it for months, when I got it back, still wouldn't run right. Finally just gave up in Richard keeping his "Word"

Took my UTV in on 8/1 without an appointment. Another dealership in Roland OK. Had it for a month and a half and couldn't figure out the issue. Anthony told me they are backed up a week+ which I was fine with. Monday they called and said it was my Primary and Secondary clutch they were able to pull it in and get it diagnosed. I authorized the parts and repairs. They called me on 8/8 to tell me it was ready. Only a week after dropping it out.
