HORRIBLE!!! They told me a scan would be covered by my insurance and now years later I find out it is being reported as unpaid collection on my credit reports. I contacted in good faith to negotiate a settlement and they refused anything less than 100% of a $1,200+ bill I don't owe!!! Absolutely disgusting business practices and completely unethical. BEWARE!!!!!!
