Timothy Frazier is the worst excuse for a doctor! He is very arrogant and sarcastic! No bedside manner whatsoever! He came in the room with a chip on his shoulder boasting that he’s a surgeon. He didn’t even examine me, he just continued to talk down at me as if I was making up the chronic pain that I have! Nothing about him was professional! One star for the front desk staff , no problems. Dr. Franchetti, orthopedic doctor. I have nothing positive to say about him. After waiting for 45 minutes his medical assistant called me to my room. I'm using crutches to get around because of an injured right knee. He finally made it to my room. He briefly read my new patient registration forms. I was sent here by my attorney. Each time I am on time for my appointment and they have me sitting for over an hour to be seen by the doctor. It’s ridiculous and inconsiderate of peoples time. However, like any other doctor’s office if you’re late they’re quick to cancel your appointment. Unacceptable! The last time I waited an hour and 10 minutes for them to tell me the doctor was still going to be at least another 30 mins. Smh. If y’all think someone is going to sit around for two hours, y’all are crazy!

Terrible! Attorney sent me here so I have to be here or I would walk out already... have been here waiting an hour and half as of now with my 6 month old who is now crying and irritable. Something needs done about this practice and the time management.
