I’m a new patient here. I was welcomed with a warm smile and made to feel at home. The waiting area was clean, well lit and quiet. I arrived 20 minutes early but within 5 minutes of my arrival I was escorted to the X-ray suite where I was treated very kindly and gently. Next I was taken to an exam room where I waited no more than ten minutes before Dr. Grilliot came in, greeted me warmly and began examining my knee.
