Waited 2 hours!! In the waiting room. This is NOT the way to manage an office
I have Carpel tunnel so I made an appointment. The Dr is cool but they over book by a lot. I waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room and another half hour in the examination room, only to feel like they forgot about me. After I spoke up the nurse was there to ask me intake questions with in minutes. Then I felt rushed by the Dr. If the braces he gave me don’t work he said cortisone shots.
