Dr. Wolf is personable; however, my experience with him was profoundly disappointing. He performed a conventional full replacement on my right shoulder. Initially, the first eight weeks post-operation seemed to progress well, but then I began experiencing significant pain, and my physical therapy progress regressed. Awesome Dr. Wolfe and staff are awesome.
Already turned off and I haven't started my appointment yet. Call service staffing for scheduling is awful. Long story short: 1.10-20 wait time to speak to someone. 2. Rude receptionist 3. Recently called to confirm my appointment, on hold for 10 mins, finally got someone, she couldn't find it (I'm guessing the receptionist who made the original appointment purposefully screwed it up) so she connected me to the appointment location and when doing so she disconnected me. Dr Wolfe did extensive bilat shoulder surgery on my son approx 10 years ago and was an excellent surgeon. I saw him this week and he took the time to listen/edu which took me by surprise. So many doctors today have lost all empathy/bedside manner. I am so glad he hasn't fallen into the NEW medical/business model we are seeing more and more of today. I highly reccommend him for treatment. Stay real Dr. Wolfe.
