Called office to let them know I had gone to wrong office by mistake and would be there in 10 minutes. When I got there I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled because I was 10 minutes late. The staff was unpleasant, unprofessional and extremely rude.
This office it so difficult to schedule appts and support their clients. Even the Drs act like you are a bother. It’s a shame.
Getting a live individual on the phone is nearly impossible. Office hours close earlier than indicated, and wait time is extremely frustrating. I'm not sure who is monitoring call wait time or feedback from clients/patients, but this practice is a bit of a hot mess. Please address your staffing issues as soon as possible!!!!!!
My first reaction to dealing with Premier Ortho was positive. I got in easily, liked the doctor (Dr. Citara), and found that it was convenient to my home. Then I became a patient there and a new reality settled in. The infrastructure--the folks who take calls, schedule appointments, and answer your questions--is awful. I was seen by Dr. Monaco for a stress fracture in my foot. He was great, very nice, caring and informative. I saw him again for my follow up appointment and my experience was just as great as the first. I will highly recommend him in the future.
