Rude and incredibly difficult to get a hold of.
Disappointing Experience at Premier with Physicians Assistant. I am expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. I was scheduled for a consultation regarding knee pain/confirmed acl tear. The PA spent all of 2-5 seconds poking my knee asking where the pain was located. I specifically pointed to where my pain is and explained how I feel. Emphasizing that the constant pain is causing back issues, making it hard for me to complete every day tasks. Ridiculous.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are a joke of a business. Im ashamed that this is my only option given my insurance. Ive spent so many hours calling them because they don't have a way to put people on hold. I don't get appointment reminders. There are no follow ups. Im not kidding, there have been days when I've called over 20 times with no answer. DURING BUSINESS HOURS!!! Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE company!! My doctor is amazing though.
