Dr. Amin did an excellent job on my shoulder replacement. My post operative visit with him and his staff was very welcoming and helpful. He answered all my questions and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.
Can't get a phone message answered. Can't get an answer through their patient portal!! When you call you get transferred several times till they get you to a doctors assistant or PA assistant who never answers the phone let alone a voice message and any message left on patient portal. Walking in seems to be your only choice. The only nice thing I can say is my surgery went well and the surgeon Dr. Basmanjian is great!! If I need another surgery for left hip i hope I can have him.

Disappointing Experience at Premier with Physicians Assistant. I am expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. I was scheduled for a consultation regarding knee pain/confirmed acl tear. The PA spent all of 2-5 seconds poking my knee asking where the pain was located. I specifically pointed to where my pain is and explained how I feel. Emphasizing that the constant pain is causing back issues, making it hard for me to complete every day tasks.
