My husband got hurt at work and we requested a 2nd opinion because Rothman wasn’t that great! The reviews on here are scary however we have never been pleased with a doctor like we are with Dr Lipschultz and Kelly! Yes the office is packed and yes people are in pain but they are incredible! Explained everything to us and made us feel like real people and not “someone who got hurt at work”. Thank you again to Dr Lipschultz, Kelly, Adrianne and the entire office staff!
How are you expected to wait over 2hrs It is ridiculous, no matter how nice or thorough
I'm sure if they weren't overbooked it will be a wonderful place. But when you have to wait over an hour for an appointment at 8:00 in the morning, it's ridiculous. After waiting over an hour to get in and see the doctor, he basically was a wham bam. Thank you ma'am. Type a deal where he explained to me how my treatment was going to work and when I went to talk to him about a popping feeling that I have in my knee he interrupted me and told me try the pills for a while and if that doesn't work then we'll give you shots. Wait time is horrible even if you have an appointment, if your a workmans comp case I recommend you skip this place if you can because they really don't care about you.
