It was a great experience.
Very professional and kind. Always willing to work with my schedule! Braces even came off a little early!
Doesn’t feel like there is much continuity of care here. Poor communication and limited office hours.
Staff was always pleasant and easy to work with. Even when I had concerns i was treated with respect. The assistants in both locations treat you like a friend by interacting/ talking and sharing stories. Dr Imel is a master of his trade! Today 1/29/26 I had my braces removed I enjoyed listening to the interaction between Dr Awesome and the assistant. I even added to their conversation. I would recommend Premier Orthodontist to friends and family for sure! Happiness comes when you see a smile! I'm smiling big now!!
