Only giving 2 stars because of Jess & Dr. Coles who are AMAZING and they deserve a billion stars. Under Dr. Cole and Jess’s care everything was fine. They were very detailed at helping me take care of my braces and give me recommendations For during, before and after treatment was completed. I genuinely love them so much and they are so great at what they do! But now, I do not recommend. My experience plummeted to the lowest level after Dr. Coles left. I was originally a patient at Glovsky’s office, and was referred here after Redstone (which initially bought out glovksy) was bought by this company. To say that this experience has been a nightmare from the beginning is an understatement. I had called to create an appointment after my retainer/invisalign fractured during my sleep (which I have had for less than a year– I ultimately ended up ingesting the piece of plastic/resin the Invisalign was made of) and when I arrived the person working at the front desk said that ther... read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My son was transferred to Premier Ortho with the closure of Dr Glovsky’s office. Premier Ortho offers a level of service far below what we were accustomed to at Dr Glovsky’s office. Don’t recommend! Zero stars
