Awful customer service on the phone rude calls back in the middle of the night on a sunday. Phone tag for months. Takes moooonnnnths to get an appointment mooonths away. Can't see another specialist because they all work at this place. 30 nurses for 4 doctors and hours long waiting room visits. Avoid if you can
Very disappointed with my last appointment waited over a hour still did not even get to get seen. Staff scheduled me for the wrong location and was very rude and unprofessional about it.Thelma should not be a manager because she doesn't even have the basic common sense to at least look into the problem/situation to actually know the details & how to address it before just running her mouth with no resolution.
I am so frustrated and disappointed with this office! EVERY single person I have encountered has been either short or rude! The Dr literally spent 30 seconds with me and the follow up has been terrible!! Calling over and over again with no response. As a medical professional myself it’s clear that you are over scheduling and your staff is not competent enough actually help the volume of patients you are taking.
