Excellent! Dr. Gams cares about his patients. He explained what he did at each step of my extraction (#18 molar, a BIG one). He warned me when a step would hurt and asked, "Are you doing OK?" He is compassionate and makes every effort to diminish the pain for his patient. His dental assistant, Monica, is highly skilled. He recommended more than one pain killer and prescribed an antibiotic that I needed -- everything has worked very well since the extraction!
