I was shopping only for hardware for new front doors and having a terrible time until I found Lisa at Premier One. My purchase was nominal (and probably more of an interruption than profitable), but Lisa was generous with her time and advice. The hardware was delivered as promised and was perfect.
My experience was what I would expect from any company. I had a great line of communication with the office manager; she was always helpful and friendly. The installers did a great job, and now I have custom entry doors that I love.
I have had my doors and windows done, and I have no complaints. I ordered a custom door knowing that it would take some time; but it was never delayed to the point where there was an issue. I am very happy with all of the work that Premier One Improvements has done. I have referred this company to my sister and two of my friends.
