WE WERE THREATENED AND INTIMIDATED BY DAVID MARTINEZ AT PREMIER ONE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAVID MARTINEZ AND PREMIER ONE. After having a door installed in our home, my wife and I noticed that the workers left gaping holes between the ground and the bottom of the door (the holes were not there prior to getting the new door installed). We moved into our home 6 1/2 months ago. The front door is beautiful, custom made about 2 years ago for the home by Premier One. About 3 months after we moved in, we noticed a chip in the bronze finish of the door. I contacted the former owners who gave me the company president's (David Martinez) contact info. When I contacted him in early January, he made it clear that they couldn't get anyone out to repair it right away, since they're very busy. I have been a loyal customer for a little over 7 years now, and I haven't had one bad experience. This company has provided me with new doors, windows, and they are also helping me with some remodels. I truly appreciate the staff, and the way that everyone conducts themselves. Bonus for the installers and contractors for being trustworthy and CLEAN!
Shortly after I had installed my entry doors (via home depot), my neighbors had theirs installed by this company. So here I am two years later, and have had serious issues with my HD doors from the very beginning. Needless to say, I have recently had new entry doors installed by Premier One Improvements and have never been happier. The entire process was a great experience. I was shopping only for hardware for new front doors and having a terrible time until I found Lisa at Premier One. My purchase was nominal (and probably more of an interruption than profitable), but Lisa was generous with her time and advice. The hardware was delivered as promised and was perfect.
Best home improvement experience. I love my beautiful new entry doors. Premier One Improvements, Inc staff were professional & experienced. I have received so many compliments. I'm so happy with their work that I am now having them do my windows.
My experience was what I would expect from any company. I had a great line of communication with the office manager; she was always helpful and friendly. The installers did a great job, and now I have custom entry doors that I love.
I have had my doors and windows done, and I have no complaints. I ordered a custom door knowing that it would take some time; but it was never delayed to the point where there was an issue.
