I was referred to Dr. Riaz after having a blood clot to discuss blood thinners and coagulation testing. Because my iron was low, he recommended iron infusions first. After my first infusion at his clinic, iron leaked into the skin of my hand and left a large dark patch. During my second infusion, I was told it would fade with time.
