Carolyn is absolutely amazing. Made the process of renting my suite flawless. The building is quiet and professional and I totally recommend for a small business set up.
If there is a 0 star option, i would press it. The owner (CAROLYN R.) of Premier office suites was very rude, racist and hard to get in contact with. I was a tenant there, would not recommend renting an office space at Premier Office Suites.
We rented a nice office from Premier at 6400 Manatee ave. It was always clean. The other tenants are very nice and courteous of other tenants. The owner, Carolyn is super friendly and almost always there if you need anything. I would definitely rent from her again if I need another office.
