If there is a 0 star option, i would press it. The owner (CAROLYN R.) of Premier office suites was very rude, racist and hard to get in contact with. I was a tenant there, would not recommend renting an office space at Premier Office Suites.
We rented a nice office from Premier at 6400 Manatee ave. It was always clean. The other tenants are very nice and courteous of other tenants. The owner, Carolyn is super friendly and almost always there if you need anything. I would definitely rent from her again if I need another office.
As good as it gets! I have been a tenant since the beginning of the year and I couldn't be happier. It is always clean and well maintained; the management is professional and very responsive. I don't write many reviews, but this called for one. I truly recommend (if there's anything available!!!)
