I’ve been here twice in the past few months. Both times I’ve showed up at 9am and their staff is nowhere to be found. Calling their phone number I get an excuse about traffic or rain. I have no problems with the staff’s ability to do their work when they are here. But sitting around and waiting for them to show up at the advertised time is not something I have time for. (Google shows they open at 8:30am but the sign on their door says 9am)

The folks over Premier are great. I walked in and rang bell. Girl behind desk took my paperwork and asked me for a copy of my id. I told them that i didn't have the urge to pee, so they gave me water. I watch Judge Judy and almost got done with the episode before i had to pee. Great place and experience.

On google it states that their closing time is at 4:30. I show up right around 3:19. As I walked into the facility there was a female & male sitting behind the desk. I informed them that I was here for a urine test. The male then proceeded to tell the female that he was leaving and so the female took a glance at my papers and mentioned that they have no male's available to conduct my urine test at this time.
