I have been with Premier for many years, first seeing Dr. Sporn and then with Dr. Pammit. The problem is not the doctors; I have been happy with them. However, the general operation and lack of professionalism among the office staff has become horrific. The phone calls I've received are nonsensical; staff I've spoken to apparently don't understand what they read on charts. On hold for over a half hour again, there is a clear trend of 1 star for the staff and 5 stars for the docs. Which I agree with, just be aware of the hell you will have to go through to ever talk to one
Really couldn’t believe how rude the lady over the phone treated me while I was just trying to make an appointment. I’m not sure how the rest of the stuff are but it just put such a bad taste in my mouth I’ll just choose another doctor at another location.
