I absolutely love this office!!! They have the best bedside manners, listen to their patients and actually care. I have been a patient for 5 years now I'd never dream of going any place else.
The Doctors and staff at Wright State Physicians for OB are very knowledgeable,helpful, and friendly. They have always gotten me in when I felt like I needed to be checked and responded back to my messages in a timely manner. I had a few bad experiences at other offices where I felt like they weren't listening or just treated me like another person but this place has been great! If you're looking for an OB, I would highly recommend coming here!
I've been with Wright State for years. They're excellent about getting you in especially if you need to be seen quickly for something. I've never had to be on hold for long. I've always received a nurses call back within a day if I had a question. The staff is all excellent. They're understanding when life happens and you must reschedule late. I absolutely love Angela Robinson, NP and Dr Barhan. I was so sad when Dr Wood retired but I feel like I will be well taken care of; everyone at this OB/gyn practice has been so thorough and patient and willing to spend time with you.
How do you realistically provide care when you turn people away because they miss an appointment. Have you heard of uncontrollable circumstances that arise? This is why people give up on getting seen at DRS because there is no empathy or regard WHICH are fundamental characteristics of HEALTH CARE!
